ECB comment boosts U.S. stocks

U.S. stocks got a boost this morning thanks to subtle signals from the European Central Bank that it would extend its stimulus program. "That's all that central banks have to do anymore," master trader Jeff Clark told Reuters, "Just hint that they're going to throw easy money in there and it scares the shorts and enables the Bulls and bang!
