Brian is a research analyst for Commodity Supercycles – our monthly publication focused on the resource sector.

Brian joined Stansberry Research in 2017 to help support energy-sector related research and idea generation. He has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of Southern California, and his background is in energy.

His experience has taken him from designing refineries to consulting and eventually on to equity research. Early on, he worked with a team of engineers at WorleyParsons that was responsible for the design and construction of various refineries around the world. Refiners he worked with include majors like Chevron, Aramco and Shell. Brian also worked as a consultant while at IHS where his work focused on the petrochemical sector. Most recently, Brian worked at GMP Securities and Global Hunter Securities in an equity research role, where he helped teams initiate and cover numerous companies within the oil and gas sector. He is also an analyst and contributor to our flagship publication, Stansberry’s Investment Advisory.
