John Evelius joined Chaikin Analytics as a junior analyst – bringing a sharp eye for data and a lifelong passion for sports to the world of investing.

John graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a degree in finance. But long before he was analyzing stocks, he was studying the numbers behind the games he loves – baseball, basketball, and football.

That background in sports analytics gave John something most finance professionals don't have – a natural instinct for spotting patterns in data and knowing when the numbers tell a story worth acting on.

John is also an active participant in the sports card market – buying and selling collectibles. It's a world where research, timing, and knowing true value separate the winners from the rest – skills that translate directly to finding great stocks.
